Fr. O'Toole

Fr. Tom O'Toole, Chaplain Emeritus
Born in October 1927 and ordained a priest in 1954, Fr. Tom has spent many of his missionary years in Japan from 1955-76 and again from 1983-1989. He was recalled from Japan in 1989 to take over as Treasurer General of the Society until he retired in 1997. Since then, he has been mainly residing at SFM's farm in Omemee, near Lindsay, Ont. He is the "property manager", looking after their house and grounds. Our Community has wonderful memories of many enjoyable picnics at this peaceful location.
